Rachel Kempf and Nick Toti’s found-footage underground horror hit arrives on UK & Irish screens following a string of international festival appearances.

Blending fiction and fact using footage filmed over 20 years, IT DOESN’T GET ANY BETTER THAN THIS follows indie filmmakers and horror fans Nick and Rachel, who have just bought a dilapidated house to make their next opus in.

When they and their best friend Christian realise that the house is showing signs of having a mysterious history they can barely believe their luck. Satanic graffiti, a cellar full of strange objects and ‘something’ in the attic all add to the wonderful hysteria, and as the house starts to attract entranced, silent strangers, whose numbers only increase with each passing day, things begin to escalate…

Truly unique and undeniably gripping, IT DOESN’T GET ANY BETTER THAN THIS uses two decades’ worth of archival footage of Nick and Rachel’s relationship to effectively blur the line between real life and nightmare. Having generated massive acclaim and notoriety on the horror festival circuit, including screenings at the Toronto international Film Festival 2024, it’s one of the scariest and most original films of the found-footage horror sub-genre you’ll ever see, and it won’t leave you for weeks.

In line with the filmmakers’ ambitions for their film IT DOESN’T GET ANY BETTER THAN THIS will only ever be released in cinemas, so don’t miss the opportunity!
