The project
The Rheged team needed advice across a range of areas: audience development, programme development, budgets and financial reporting infrastructure and tips for analysing admissions data.

Our support covered all of these areas and outlined a timed and structured plan for the team covering the following six months.
The result
A plan that looked at front line performance areas, but also at the wider strategic vision for film at the popular venue.
We have been running our cinema for 18 years, within this time we have grown from screening educational films to, over the past two years, a full programme of new release mainstream and indie films.
