Rich Mix required advice on placing themselves in a complex marketplace, audience development and marketing & PR.

The solution

We met with the Rich Mix team and discussed the breadth of the Rich Mix offer, the distinctiveness, strengths, and weaknesses of the film programme and its relevance to the local community. We identified a series of priorities and tactics for the future.

The result

A clear set of goals and time-bound objectives designed to help the venue reach its desired audiences and grow its earned income and ticket sales.

Meeting with Jonny was a brilliant opportunity.
