Membership scheme relaunch advice
“I have Jonny to thank for what has so far been a successful relaunch, and would thoroughly recommend him as an advisor for similar projects.”
Irish Film London were seeking advice on the relaunch and revitalisation of their membership offers, across the organisation’s annual festival and year-round programme.
Engaged via the BFI Film Audience Network, we provided advice and guidance on the potential structures of a range of new membership offers. This included identifying the makeup of potential members, targeting and partnership strategy, and the benefits that each membership strand would incorporate.
Irish Film London launched its new membership schemes in 2021, and takeup to both opportunities has been strong.
I was really pleased to engage Jonny as a consultant, advising on the relaunch of Irish Film London’s membership scheme, knowing his experience of managing similar schemes for other organisations and the depth of his industry knowledge as a whole.
He approached the job with a clear sense of what was needed and what probably wouldn’t work for our organisation. As with all our interactions, he brought his experience and expertise to our chats in a way that felt unimposing but gave me confidence to consider his advice properly, over time, and with opportunities to debate the pros and cons of every element with practicality and a sense of successfully serving our community at the heart of his advice.
Ultimately I have Jonny to thank for what has so far been a successful relaunch, and would thoroughly recommend him as an advisor for similar projects.”
